Would you like to regularly refresh the look of your business space? Our business subscriptions are perfect for you. Choose whether you want new bouquets every 1, 2, or 3 months. Bloom & Wolf delivers them personally, fully arranged and with a vase, and collect your old bouquet. Circular and sustainable has never been so beautiful!
How renting works
Choose & order your bouquet
Choose and order your favorite bouquet - with or without matching vase. Once you've placed your order, our master florist gets to work.
Enjoy your blooms
The pre-arranged bouquet is delivered to your home. You pay a fixed amount per month and can keep the flowers as long as you want. Enjoy!
Swap your bouquet
Ready for a new look? Choose a new bouquet! We will swap it for just €15,- and take your current bouquet with us. Going forward, you'll pay your new bouquet's monthly price.
Get a fresh look regulary
Enjoy our hassle-free service. We personally swap your bouquets every 1, 2, or 3 months, based on your chosen swap frequency.

What happens after I start my subscription?
After checkout, our team arranges your first delivery. Before each scheduled swap, we’ll reach out to confirm your next bouquet. You can choose your preferred style or, if you prefer, let us select one for you.
Your swap is then arranged via:
White-glove service (available in most locations)
• Delivery, professional styling, and collection
Postal swap (outside our service areas)
• Delivery by post with a return label included
Delivery and returns are always included in your subscription.
Can I choose which bouquet I will receive next?
Definitely! Most businesses prefer us to do the choosing (zero hassle for you!), but if you'd like to choose your next bouquet yourself, just email us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we'll take care of it.
Can I choose to buy the bouquet I am currently renting?
Yes you can. Please email us at hello@bloomandwolf.com and we will come back to you with a proposal.
How often do your collections change?
Our collections are updated 4 times a year, based on the season. We also offer a base collection that is always available, no matter the season.
How does billing work?
Your billing follows your selected swap frequency.
If you choose:
• Every month → billed monthly
• Every 2 months → billed every 2 months
• Every 3 months → billed quarterly
You are billed per swap cycle. No hidden delivery costs.
